2 Tbsp all-purpose white flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup quick-cooling rolled oats
1/4 cup all-purpose white flour
3 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp reduced-fat tubstyle margarine (4.5 g fat / T)

Apple Crisp Diabetes Recipes Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the apples, 2 Tbsp flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to mix well. Transfer the mixture to a nonstick spray-coated 10-inch microwave-safe pie plate. Cover with wax paper, and microwave on high power for about 4 minutes or until the apples are partially cooked.
2. Meanwhile, for the topping, in a medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, and brown sugar. Mix well with a fork or fingers until completely incorporated. Distribute the topping over the apples.
3. Bake in the oven for 22 to 28 minutes or until the apples are tender when pierced with a fork and the filling is bubbly. Leftovers can be stored covered, at room temperature, for 2 to 3 days.
